Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling keeps your plan until the period you have already paid for ends.
Questions people actually ask
- What counts towards the monthly limit?
- A shortlist, not a share. Creating a shortlist publishes a live link, so it takes a slot for that calendar month; if nobody opens it, the slot is released when the month ends. A shortlist a client actually opens is counted in the month they opened it. Deleting an unopened shortlist frees its slot immediately.
- What happens to links I have already sent?
- Nothing. A client opening a link you sent is never blocked, whatever plan you are on and however much of the limit you have used. The limit applies to creating new shortlists, not to work already in a client's hands.
- Do invitations use a seat before they are accepted?
- Yes. A pending invitation holds its seat so a workspace cannot invite past what it bought and discover the overage later. Withdrawing an invitation, or letting it expire, returns the seat.
- What happens if my card fails?
- You keep your plan while the payment is retried, and we email you so you can update the card. Access only drops back to Free once the retries are exhausted.
