**Sumor is free.** There is currently a single plan available to all users at no cost. In the future, we may introduce paid pricing plans.

- Required CV upload per candidate (PDF or Word, up to 10 MB each)
- Structured candidate fields: name, current/most recent role and company, salary expectations, notice period, location, summary, key strengths, and other key information
- Internal recruiter notes (never shown to clients)
- Firm branding: name, logo, and visual identity on the client-facing shortlist
- Single secure shareable link per shortlist; the same link stays current after edits
- Client access with no account, no installation, and no training required
- Link controls: revoke anytime, plus optional expiry date, passcode, and email capture (all off by default)
- Link-open logging
