# Sumor

> Sumor (sumor.io) is a premium candidate shortlist sharing product for executive search firms. Consultants upload candidate CVs, add structured candidate information, apply their firm's branding, and share the shortlist with clients through a single secure link — replacing scattered emails, PDF attachments, and CV threads with one polished, branded, client-facing portal.

Sumor is built for consultants, associates, and partners at executive search firms — boutique or global — who present shortlists for senior leadership, executive, board, and specialist roles. The end viewers are their clients (CHROs, CEOs, boards, hiring managers), who simply open a link — no account, no installation, no training.

The core use case is shortlist creation and sharing: a consultant creates a shortlist for a client assignment, adds candidates with structured fields (name, current role, company, salary expectations, notice period, location, summary, strengths) and a required CV each, previews the exact client view, then shares one secure short link. The same link stays current when the shortlist is edited. Recruiter notes are internal-only and never appear in the client view.

Key facts:
- Pricing: Free to use. No credit card, no contract, no commitment. Paid plans may be introduced in the future.
- Security: Links are hard to guess, never publicly indexed, and revocable anytime, with optional expiry, passcode, and email-capture gates (all off by default). CVs are only accessible through a valid link or an authenticated account.
- Setup: Minutes. Sign up, add firm name and logo, create a shortlist. No sales call, no implementation project.
- CV uploads: PDF or Word, up to 10 MB per candidate.
- Current limitations: No ATS/CRM integrations, no PDF/slide export, no client comments or approvals, no CV parsing, and no white-label custom domains yet.
